We’re so lucky to live in modern times with so many ways to learn by using telescopes, useful phone apps,

learning videos, silly games, virtual lectures, and even astronomical data available on the internet.

But you honestly don’t need much to get started - just a bit of curiosity about what lies beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

Anyone can go outside at night to track movement of the stars or phases of the moon with paper and pencil.

Humans did just that for thousands of years before telescopes existed (and paper and pencils!).

You can track seasons and tides, create your own constellations, and so much more.

 

With the help of astronomers and space organizations around the world, we now have an incredible amount of info and images accessible that make the mysteries of the universe come to life before our very eyes.
